What is your personal philosophy of customer service? Making sure the customer leaves with everything they need and is truly satisfied. Let them know they can call you for anything they have questions on and for any future needs that may arise, making sure they know the service does not end with this transaction.
What's the most important part of customer service to you? The feeling of knowing you have made the customer happy and satisfied with the help you have given them. Knowing they will come back to you for any of their needs.
What's the most important quality in a good employee? Positive attitude, being a team player and one that thinks about what they can do everyday to help make their customers and fellow employees’ day a little better by doing the job they were hired to do.
What, to you, makes banking at Farmers different than banking elsewhere ? Farmers has been in the community for a long time, some customers have been dealing with the same person for years. We have earned their trust.
