My personal philosophy of customer service is: Every customer should feel welcomed and be treated with kindness, patience, respect, honesty, and understanding. I appreciate doing business in this kind of down-to-earth, friendly, and professional environment. My customers deserve the same. A customer that walks away knowing he or she was treated well is very likely to return.

What's the most important part of customer service to you? : Nothing is more important than following through in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. This is ultimately what the customer has come to depend on us to do. I take the time to listen to the concerns and needs of my customers. If I don't know the answers to your questions, I will find the answers and get back to you. I return phone calls promptly. I care about the relationship with our customers and I expect the same from my colleagues.

What's the most important quality in a good employee? A good employee is one that takes pride is his or her work, truly cares about the customer, is willing to go above and beyond expectations, and can be counted on by the company to handle business in a fair and professional manner regardless of the situation. Dependability is probably the most important quality.

What, to you, makes banking at Farmers different than banking elsewhere? Being a locally owned and operated bank, Farmers cares a great deal about the community and it's future. After all, we live here too! Our customers are our neighbors and friends. Farmers reinvests heavily in the community and strives to strengthen and maintain the trust and patronage of our customers. We care about you and appreciate your business!
