My personal philosophy of customer service is: Making sure the customer is treated with dignity and respect while processing their work. Always recognize the customer, even if no more than a hello. If you remember their name, that is a way of making the customer feel welcome in your office, make them want to do all their banking with you.

What's the most important quality in a good employee? The ability to treat all customers with courtesy, respect and dignity. These are the people who pay our salaries.

What, to you, makes banking at Farmers different than banking elsewhere? The "We Really Do Care" attitude of all personnel. The example starts at the top and just flows down through all ranks of employee.
