  1. Know your Customer ID (your 9 digit SSN). You set up your Personal Identification Number (PIN) the first time you access the system. (6 digit minimum)

  4. Follow the simple instructions for entering the appropriate information
  5. Listen to the menu selections and use the touch-tone keys to select the account information or transaction you desire.
